Jack Lalane
I once met Jack Lalanne and shook his hand back in the 90s when he was just in his 80's. A fond memory that I will always cherish.
He was a great man and lived a full and very healthy life.
Peace Jack....peace.
His sons, wife and daughter plan to carry on his work.
"I do it as a therapy. I do it as something to keep me alive. We all need a little discipline. Exercise is my discipline."
